United Courier Service (UCS) was established in 2006 as the exclusive agent of China EMS in the United States. Since our inception, UCS has specialized in international eCommerce solutions via a front-end user-facing platform or back-end merchant-facing system integration, enabling online retailers to extend their market reach to a global scale. We started our business by serving the users in metropolitan areas with Person-to-Person door-to-door parcel services from the US to China. In 2009, YOUJIA (www.youjisus.com) was introduced, which enabled users in China to shop at any US based e-Retailers. The packages from the on-line stores are shipped to our YOUJIA warehouse in the US, before they are forwarded to the end-users in China by us. In addition to the indirect shipment services provided by YOUJIA, UCS also provides total global logistics solutions for US-based eCommerce for their B-to-C direct shipment to China. UCS's back-end system is fully integrated with China EMS and China Customs. The shipping status can be tracked on the EMS website 24 hours a day and the Customs Declaration / Clearance process is made electronically and seamlessly. Our in-house IT team works with the eCommerce team to customize a fully automated Quote-to-Cash solution.
